On September 25th, 2025 the Beverly Hills Planning Commission unanimously approved Louis Vuitton’s highly anticipated mega-flagship.

John Mulliken, SVP for Store Planning at Louis Vuitton Americas, presented the project to the Planning Commission.

“Our experiential flagships are a combination of a retail experience, a culinary experience and a cultural experience. All of these are brought together in one location for the 468 [N. Rodeo Drive] project..."

Mulliken continues:

“We combined the experiential flagship of Louis Vuitton with the dynamic architecture of Frank Gehry on the world-famous Rodeo Drive, and we feel as though we’re able to create a culturally vibrant destination in the northern approach of the Golden Triangle.”

Despite its scale, public feedback has been minimal. Only one written comment from Golden Triangle property owners Bruce and Evan Meyer, raised concerns regarding the Beverly Drive entrance and parking impact, suggesting strong overall support for the project.
