Step Inside the Little Red Box… Cartier is preparing to redefine its presence on Rodeo Drive 💎

Construction is set to begin on the Maison’s new Beverly Hills flagship, which will become Cartier’s second-largest store in the United States, underscoring both the commercial importance and symbolic weight of Rodeo Drive within the brand’s global retail network. Beverly Hills will be the fourth Temple location for Cartier, after Paris, London and New York.

The project will redevelop Cartier’s existing location at 370 N. Rodeo Drive, with operations temporarily relocating to 411 N. Rodeo Drive, a space recently vacated by Guess. The City of Beverly Hills Planning Commission previously approved a Development Plan Review submitted by Cartier’s owners’ agent, Roy Hasson, allowing demolition of the current two-story structure and the construction of a new three-story commercial building.

The new flagship will feature:

Cartier—owned by Swiss luxury group Richemont—acquired the 7,600-square-foot corner parcel in 2000 for approximately $20 million. In 2018, the brand received city approval to nearly double its footprint to 15,100 square feet, solidifying its long-term commitment to what is widely regarded as the fine jewelry intersection of Rodeo Drive, at Brighton Way.
